Fann Woon Fong (范文芳) a Singaporean actress, singer and model is the first actress to win both the Best Actress and Best Newcomer awards in 1995. Born in 27 January 1971 this Singaporean celebrity is the first to break into Hollywood for the film Shanghai Knights. She is married to Malaysian actor Christopher Lee.
